I teach Hatha yoga which uses the breath to create a link between the mind and the body.
Hatha Yoga is known as the yoga for the physical body. In Sanskrit, “Ha” represents sun and “tha” represents moon.
Haha Yoga classes build flexibility and strength while helping to minimise injuries. This balanced style of Yoga realigns and opens the body and you will learn to still the mind and be present in the moment.
Sessions for Yin Yoga will help you to relax, unwind and rejeuvanate, reduce stress and help to boost your energy, increase flexiblity and boost circulation, release tension and reduce tight spots.
These sessions are slow paced and more mediative, some poses are held for up to 5 minutes. Yin Yoga helps to stimulate deeper connective tissues and can help to reduce inflamation in the body.
CORE STRENGTH VINYASA YOGA
This is a more dynamic practice, flowing and activating the core during the Yoga poses helping to build muscle strength and fitness. By working the deep core muscles you can see results quicker, helping to transform the body and the mind.
Based in Dubai, I offer one to one Yoga sessions and group sessions.
I can come to your home, gym, the park or we can do a session on the beach.
