I am a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Running and Technique Coach at Ultrafit Living. My passion for health and fitness started at school where I ran for the County Schools cross country finishing in 2nd place. Since then I have competed in many races at County level from 800m to the marathon.
Living in the UAE for 12 years, I won the Dubai Marathon 10km in 2009 and in 2010 and was the first resident in the RAK Half Marathon in 2011.
I believe a good coach should be a good role model, I have learn’t a lot in relation to health, fitness, strengthening, nutrition and avoiding injuries.
I bring my passion for health and fitness to you, helping you to become physically and mentally stronger, reducing stress and making lifestyle changes for the long term. I offer fun and challenging weight loss, fitness, strength, cardio, Yoga and running programs.

Im keen to prevent ageing and have a series of programs including workouts, nutritional advice and a Face Yoga/massage program which is designed to keep you younger naturally.
