That's ok, I customise a training plan for your level and build up the training gradually.
I don't have a Gym?
No problem, I can come to you at your home with equipment but a lot of exercises can be done using your body weight.
Can you offer online training?
I offer online training sessions via Zoom for one to one or group sessions and also email training plans depending on your goals.
How long until I see results?
You need to give it time, it takes hard work and dedication, you need to be committed to your training. You should start to see small results after 1 month, you will start to feel healthier and more energised. You need to give the training at least 3 months.
