Anti Ageing Program
Want to look younger, feel fitter and healthier?
My Anti Ageing Plan is a program I designed to help you to stay younger for longer, it is suitable for all ages and includes my Face Rejuvenation Program. A plan to fit your lifestyle and to help to slow down the ageing process. It includes cardio, strength, flexibility, breathing exercises and advice on anti ageing foods and skincare tips. One to one and Online sessions are available.
Strength and Core
As you get older the muscles start to lose their strength from as early as the age of 30, you can slow or prevent this from happening by lifting weights and including strength exercises in your program.
Yoga helps to prevent age related illnesses and injuries. Yoga can help to heal the body and prevent stress which can cause ageing. You can lose flexility as you get older and Yoga can help to prevent this. I combine Yoga poses with breathing exercises for a healing session.
Cardio is also important to slow down the ageing process but too much can accelerate the ageing process so I advice you on the right amount to boost your fitness and to keep you healthy. We choose the cardio and the amount that works for you.
Tip of the Week
Try to set up a routine for your self and do a workout in the morning. A short circuit such as the one below could get you feeling motivated, energised and ready to face the day.
30 Seconds Jump Jacks
10 bodyweight squats
15 Mountain Climbers
10 Push-up (on feet or knees)
15 Cycle Crunches
5 Minute Destress
Sitting in a relaxed position
Inhale through your nose for the count of 5
Hold for the count of 5
Then exhale for the count of 8
Repeat up to 10 times
